While setting up tandem shelters for use as a command post during the taping of an episode of Extreme Home Makeover we came up against several rookie issues and Tom was a true pro in answering every question we had. He also went the extra mile to look up our specific package and call us back with further help. In a world of sell it and forget it you guys should be proud to know you have an amazing customer support staff.
