We’re proud to have been chosen by California to equip the state’s Emergency Management Agency with three 200-bed mobile field hospitals to offer flexible, rapid triage and advanced trauma care in the event of a natural disaster or terrorist attack.
BLU-MED recently participated in a disaster medical-response exercise in the state. In just two days, lights and water were on in the mobile hospital, basic equipment and supplies were at the ready and medical teams were ready to treat patients. In less than 72 hours notification, the entire deployable hospital became fully operational.
